Crucial Pins prides ourselves not only on high quality and good prices but also the ability to get your order back to you fast. Once we receive your payment and artwork your pins are in the mail back to you within a day or two, literally.

When it comes to printing your pins there are a couple of options that are available to you. We are currently printing on silver, gold and acetate(clear) papers as well as our regular Hp premium choice laserjet paper (98 bright) white paper. If one of these options will better suit your pin design please mention it when you place your order.

You can use our templates provided below to design your pin or if you don't feel like doing that simply send us the image that you would like on your pin and tell us what text you'd like around the edge. When sending your design please try to ensure that it is 300dpi and 3x3 inches. If you don't get that then just make sure your original image is much larger than the actual size of the pin.

1. Paypal
you can pay with your credit card by using the paypal system at paypal@crucialpins.com. If you don't allready have a paypal account you can get one for free at www.paypal.com.

2. Money Order or Certified Cheque
If you are going to pay by money order, please make sure that it is an international money order that can be cashed in Canada. If you're from Canada just send a Canadian money order. All money orders should be made out to Crucial Pins.

3. Cash
We only accept cash payments if you're picking orders in person. Orders are available for pick-up Monday to Friday, 11am - 6pm

You can submit your design by snail mail or email. If emailing your design please make sure to label your file with your name or band name etc. Send all files to files@crucialpins.com
